  • The FMC-100 series is a Fast Ethernet bridge converter, designed for seamless conversion between 100BASE-FX fiber and 10/100BASE-TX shielded twisted pair (STP). It supports both half- and full-duplex operation, utilizing fiber optic cable to extend network distances with reliable, high-performance connectivity. This device enables efficient media conversion between 10/100BASE-T and 100BASE-SX/LX interfaces. Available with SC, SFP, or WDM connectors, it supports both single-mode and multi-mode media to accommodate various distance requirements. The converter allows three types of Ethernet segments to be connected easily, cost-effectively, and with minimal complexity. Fully compliant with IEEE 802.3 standards—including 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 100BASE-T, and 100BASE-LX/SX—the unit offers plug-and-play installation for quick setup. Additionally, it supports flow control and back pressure in half-duplex mode to prevent packet loss.

The FMC-100 series provides reliable media conversion between 10/100BASE-T and 100BASE-SX/LX interfaces.
